The Landing is a stand-alone four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with waterfront pier access across the street. It is situated right beside a wildlife boat ramp in the heart of the village of Sneads Ferry. Riverview restaurant and Maritime Market are within walking distance. Guests have access to the amenities in the campground next door, including an arcade, playground, basketball court, and pier.

The V3 Retreat is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom stand alone park model. It comes equipped with a full kitchen, complimentary wifi, flat screen TV, and private parking all while being in walking distance of local restaurants and shops. Enjoy access to all on-site amenities within the campground. This stay is perfect for guest who want to enjoy the comfort of a campground, without the RV setup.
Fulcher’s Landing is the natural extended stay choice with full hookups, friendly service, and a fun events calendar. We have created an excellent community for snowbirds and campers wanting to get more out of their summers with longer stays.
Waterfront, water view, and interior sites throughout the park: just a short walk to the New River! Basic water and sewer usage are also included. Anyone over 18 wishing to be a member of our wonderful community must fill out an application.
