Compared to others and taking into consideration the city that it’s in, it’s def a good park. They have 1 or 2 cabins (mobile homes) you can rent for vacation. Way better than anything you’re going to find in Sneads Ferry. Laundry/ club house are clean-ish. The fact that our spot in next to the river and we can see that it’s a plus but it’s also the most expensive spot you can get (water view). The bond fire/pavilion areas are nice! I’m not liking the fact that they have zero pull through spots, with our 44ft fifth wheel this spot was the only option for us, but I am thankful for it! If in this entire town there was a pull through spot, it’s taken by a long term resident, there are alot of those around here. I do wish the washing machines were cleaner. But otherwise I can’t complain too much, especially with these off-season prices, come summer it’ll get more pricey. And no i don’t think you can swim in the river here, you gotta drive to the beach for that (15-20 mins away).

Would like to get wifi without going to clubhouse. Kids couldn't get on tablet. But we love to stay here. This was our 3rd trip.

We enjoyed our stay a Fulchers staying for nearly two months. Friendly atmosphere and a great location. We had an RV hook up, never any problems. We drove to Jacksonville everyday, but that was no big deal, we enjoyed being on the water and away from traffic
